A regular event for Bedford Quakers is Meeting for Worship which is held every Sunday at 10.30am and Thursday at 12.30pm (See Meetings page for details). Healing Meetings are also held every second Sunday in the month at 9.30am.
Other events are scheduled on this page as they are planned. They take place at the Quaker Meeting House unless otherwise stated.

Sunday 12th September 2.00PM – Luton and Leighton Area Meeting.
Sunday 19th September 3.00PM – Ampthill Meeting for worship at the baptist Church - side entrance..
Sunday 26th September 12.00 noon – Informal shared lunch at the meeting house. For all associated with our meeting. Please bring a packed lunch and enjoy social time together at the meeting house.
FUTURE EVENTS
BRASS AGM - all welcome, 12 noon 29 Sep at St Andrew’s Church Centre
Saturday 2nd - Sunday 10th October. National Quaker Week.
Sunday 24th October. Mary Dobbing, a Quaker Peace and Social Witness will be speaking at our Meeting House. Mary has been seconded to the Fellowship of Reconciliation for 1 year. Her main topic will be "Armed Drones". These are unmanned aerial vehicles. The use of armed drones has increased rapidly in the last 10 years by coalition forces in Iraq and Afghanistan. Also by the CIA in W.Pakistan, Somalia, and Yemen as well as by Israel in operations against Gaza.

Please note High Leigh conference 19-21 November – can book as an individual – title “Being Quaker – doing Quaker” – strongly recommended. Paper on table.
